The Bell Mountain Ranch community is located off of Interstate 25 in the southern end of Castle Rock. The community is composed of about 300 large properties. There are some lots that are zoned for equestrian used as well as home lots. The Bell Mountain Ranch Community is covenant controlled. The HOA fees are $450 annually. These fees cover weekly trash, bi-weekly recycling, and snow removal of the major roads in the community (when it snows over 2 inches). There are also walking trails that wind their way through Bell Mountain Ranch.
